We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase from V Line Auction, LLC. That’s why we offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and a 14-Day reject or refund policy for all assets sold on our platform, starting from the time you take possession.

During this period, you have the opportunity to thoroughly test the vehicle for up to 1,000 miles, or evaluate other assets for unlimited hours, and return or exchange it for any reason, no questions asked.

Please note that we are unable to accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:

– Involved in an accident or damaged
– Modified or altered from its original delivered condition
– Used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance

In the event of a rejection, V Line Auction, LLC will promptly issue a full refund, with all refunds processed within 48-72 hours. Additionally, delivery charges are waived.
